Return and Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.  The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent via email to:

We will reimburse you no later than 7 business days from the day on which we receive your request using the same means of payment used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Refunds and Replacements

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. 

  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. 

  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim is approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment typically within  5-7 business days.

Replacement/Refund Exemptions

Do For Self Health and Wellness LLC will not grant a refund, credit your account, or replace a product in case of:

  • Wrong Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

  • Unclaimed Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

  • Buyer’s Remorse We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns or exchanges of products will be offered at our discretion and may incur a reshipping fee by the customer. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take several business days for your refund to be officially posted.
